Her extensive personal background has greatly shaped her therapeutic approach. As a military spouse of over 20 years, Virginia has gained valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by military families, which has deepened her understanding of the crucial role emotional support plays in building resilience and stability.
Virginia’s academic journey complements her lived experiences. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, she is dedicated to guiding clients through emotional struggles such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss, while strengthening their relationships. EFT's focus on fostering secure emotional bonds aligns with Virginia's therapeutic philosophy, aimed at promoting both personal and relational growth.
