Morghan is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapy Intern pursuing a Master's from Capella University in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her journey began with a bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Washington University.
She's experienced in facilitating group therapy, blending expressive art and psychotherapy to foster self-expression, emotional healing, and the reformation of unhealthy behavioral patterns.
Embracing narrative therapy's guiding principles, Morghan understands storytelling's profound influence on our lives. Together, you'll embark on a journey to rewrite narratives that shape self-perception and relationships, uncovering the strengths and resilience within you and your loved ones.
You can anticipate a collaborative approach in the therapeutic journey, addressing your specific needs and goals. Whether it's conflict resolution, fostering healthy behaviors, or navigating life's challenges, she's here to guide you toward positive transformation.
Morghan offers both couples and family therapy, and she is adept at providing individual therapy for a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and grief.
Outside the therapy room, she finds solace in various activities. You might spot her on a soccer field, unwinding in a soothing hot bubble bath, or spending quality time with her cat, Dobby.
