Bryonna Sullivan believes that therapy is a collaborative journey and is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to openly express their thoughts and feelings. She is dedicated to supporting individuals facing anxiety, relationship issues, or those seeking personal growth, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each unique situation.
Bryonna holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University (2022). She specializes in working with families, managing anger and emotion regulation, addressing anxiety and depression, resolving behavioral issues, and supporting clients through general mental health concerns, grief and loss, stress, trauma, and youth and adolescent challenges.
Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Client Centered, Narrative, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Strengths Based approaches, Bryonna is licensed by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals.
